Co-ordination of your medico-legal reports

Our specialism is in client liaison. Our expert staff have been
trained in dealing with the general public and also with insurance, legal and health care professionals.

When diagnostic medical procedures have been recommended
following an accident, we conduct the liaison between our client, the hospital and the injured party.

We have a huge database of partner hospitals across the UK,
with whom we have contracted for a comprehensive range of diagnostic medical procedures.

To learn how our involvement can yield huge benefits to commercial insurers and medico-legal specialists, please visit Benefits of our service.

Our role in the process is developed
around our client’s needs but in general terms is as follows

1. When a medical procedure is approved, the medical report is sent to us. We then study the report and identify the most appropriate hospital from our database with regard to the procedure required and the location of the patient.

2. We will arrange the details of the diagnostic procedure with the appropriate hospital. We forward the necessary documentation to the hospital, ensure an appointment is arranged and the patient informed and update our client on progress.

3. Our chase team will then expedite the results of the diagnostic process from the hospital and convey the results to the parties specified by the client.
